The wickholder sw-b1 is the first secure wickholder special designed for cheaper bamboo torches. It will fit on all kind of metal canister.
The construction is according to the EU regulation din 14059 for oil lamps an torches.
Every year many small children get heavily injured and some die drinking only very small amounts of lamp oil or only suck at the wick.
This new wickholder protects the wick from sucking of children. The "push & turn" action for opening can not be done by children and meats the regulations of din 14059.
There will be no more selling of ordinary bamboo torches in Europe in 2007
